There is no minimum shipment size. We handle everything from single packages and small parcels all the way up to full containers. Our CBM-based pricing means you only pay for the exact space your cargo uses.
After you register on our portal, your personal sea and air tracking codes are assigned by our team. Simply share your code with your suppliers in China and they will label all shipments with it. You will see all items appear in your dashboard automatically when they arrive at our warehouse.
Sea freight typically takes 25–35 days from our Yiwu warehouse to Dar es Salaam Port, depending on the sailing schedule, customs, and port congestion. We provide estimated arrival dates that are updated in real-time on your tracking portal.
Yes — we offer full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. Our licensed customs brokers handle all Tanzania Revenue Authority documentation, duties, and clearance on your behalf. Your goods are released as quickly as possible so you can collect them with zero hassle.
Yes, we deliver to all Tanzania regions — Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Moshi, and more. Delivery fees depend on your location and cargo size. Alternatively you can collect your goods directly from our Dar es Salaam warehouse at no extra charge.
Payment can be made at our Dar es Salaam warehouse upon collection, or by bank transfer before delivery. We issue a full itemised invoice for every shipment showing CBM or weight, rate per unit, and total in $. Invoices are available to download from your portal account.
